Sprints are designed for in-person collaboration in Greater Los Angeles. Your team, our expertise, one room, one goal. If remote is the only option, we will talk through it on the scoping call.
Service Area

Every sprint includes the pre-session scoping call, the onsite working session, and a written summary of what was shipped. The 8 hour block adds 30 days of email follow up for quick adjustments.
Yes. The point of a sprint is watching the work happen so your team sees the decisions, the tools, and the patterns. We build together or you watch over the shoulder, whichever you prefer.
Yes. The code, the copy, the accounts, the prompts, the docs. All yours. No ongoing license fee from us. No vendor lock in. If a third party tool is involved (hosting, AI APIs, SaaS) those go on your accounts so you control them.
Absolutely. A common pattern is the Half Day Sprint to ship a first version, then a Full Day Sprint the following week to extend it. You can also stack blocks back to back for multi-day sprints. Book them separately or mention it on the scoping call.
Reschedule up to 48 hours before sprint day with no penalty. Inside 48 hours we reschedule on a best effort basis or hold the credit for up to 90 days.
