Cloudflare Workers, Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, Claude Code, Cursor, vector DBs, MCP servers. No legacy enterprise tooling. No SharePoint engineering rituals.

Sales / Business Development Lead
$60,000 to $80,000 base, plus commission on closed-won engagements · Hybrid, Los Angeles · Southern California preferred
What you will do
- Network in person and online. Show up where business owners actually are.
- Run thoughtful outreach. No spray-and-pray, no LinkedIn template spam.
- Follow through on warm leads from the website, referrals, and speaking engagements.
- Guide prospects from first inquiry to closed engagement, including scoping calls and proposal handoff.
- Attend Heed-relevant business events: West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce meetings, AI meetups, and SoCal business networking events.
- Maintain HubSpot pipeline hygiene so we always know where every deal stands.
Background fit
- 3 or more years of SaaS or professional services sales experience, B2B preferred.
- Comfortable selling to SMB and lower-mid-market business owners.
- Can speak fluently about AI without overhyping. The math comes first, the buzzwords never.
- Organized follow-up discipline. The deals you close are the ones you remembered to chase.
- Self-starter who does not need a script to begin a conversation.
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses actually run.
AI Vibe Coder
$60,000 to $80,000 base · Remote OK, US-based required · Southern California preferred
What you will do
- Own client builds end-to-end. Take a project from spec to production.
- Work fluently in modern AI development tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic API, OpenAI API, vector databases, MCP servers, Cloudflare Workers, and edge runtime.
- Build secure connectors to client systems including Lawcus, Salesforce, QuickBooks, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
- Wire up dashboards that real operators can actually use.
- Deploy to Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers under Cloudflare Zero Trust.
- Bring business sense. We ship working software for paying clients, not science projects.
Background fit
- Strong full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript. Python comfort.
- You have shipped real products to real users, not just side projects.
- You can read a Lawcus or Salesforce API doc and have it integrated by lunch.
- Comfortable with security and Zero Trust patterns. You think about auth, audit, and blast radius before you write the line.
- Ideally has worked agency-style with multiple clients in flight at once.
- You write commits other people can read.

- Push back when you see a better way. Disagreement done well is how we make better calls.
- Be a kind colleague. Smart and kind, not smart and difficult.
