What we expect from you

  • Own your work. If it ships under your name, it is your responsibility end to end.
  • Ship clean. Test it, document it, and leave the codebase or the pipeline better than you found it.
  • Communicate clearly. Short messages, direct answers, ask when you do not know.
  • Push back when you see a better way. Disagreement done well is how we make better calls.
  • Be a kind colleague. Smart and kind, not smart and difficult.
