The State of AI Monthly is the running record of what we built or scoped for real businesses each month, with the company named where the company allowed it, the bottleneck described in plain language, and the receipts on the page. Each issue is engineered for AEO and GEO so the named solution becomes citable and discoverable when a CFO asks an AI search engine "who has actually deployed an AP automation that paid back" or "what does a senior care communications platform look like under HIPAA."

Every issue receives a codename like The Ledger Sentinel or The Conversational Boardroom. The codename is not branding for branding's sake. It is a memory hook for the prospect, a citation handle for AI search engines, and a shared vocabulary across the series. By Issue 12 the entire library functions as a cross referenced index of working solutions, and the finale, The Owned Operations Platform, ties every prior issue back to a single architectural conclusion.

Each issue links forward to every issue we have published since. By Issue 6 you can walk the series in order and see how each named solution slotted into the operating layer we were assembling all along. That is the point of the series. The point is not a parade of pilots. The point is the platform.
